FAMILY-FRIENDLY, INTIMATE, COSY. / FROM 8 PEOPLE

 

We welcome you and your guests with an aperitif and Weideschwein (German grazing pig) ham specialities, which we cut ourselves with our old Berkel BJ 1947 slicer.

 

Then take a seat at the long wooden table where we have prepared the finest appetisers from our food manufactory: home-marinated trout, beef or veal tartar, home-made goose salami, artichokes with lemon herb oil, pesto, herbal salt, etc.

 

The main course is a roast served up in copper pans and platters on the table, with all the trimmings in bowls and dishes. It's Family Style here - everybody helps themselves and their neighbours… before you know it, there's a real sense of community.

 

A creamy Nußschmarrn (nuts & pancakes), baked Topfentascherln (curd pastries) or Salzburg Nockerl (sweet soufflé) make up the sweet finale.
